Good advice. Most people (not just men) forget that a conversation is, well, a conversation … between two people. If only one person’s doing the talking, the other person is learning a lot about you, but necessarily what you’re saying!

Great advice, Mikko! This happens with a lot of guys I know and have dated. They aren’t prepared or don’t show enough interest in their date by asking questions, so the woman asks questions just to keep the conversation going until the date ends feeling that he didn’t learn a thing about her and isn’t interested.

Thanks Milton! Yes, the driving period can be a killer. Guys notoriously cannot do more than one thing at the time, I know that is certainly true for me , so when women starts to talk, you either listen and end up lost or tune out and get to the restaurant .

I have not heard the “form”, but I will definitely look in to it. Do you have a link for it?

Mikko, great article…I imagine a lot of this advise applies actually to the “driving” period from her place to the destination of the date. This is when most frozen moments happen, and many women realize they are actually not interested in a man way before they get to the restaurant. But I imagine following the advise can “save” a date that had a “rough ride” in traffic depending on where one lives. Have u heard of “FORM”? Using FORM to spark conversations and maintain them alive is very effective and purpose-worthy. Great writings, bro…keep it up!
