About Me

Hi. My name is Mikko Kemppe. I am originally from Oulu, Finland, and I moved to United States at the age of 19 after receiving a basketball scholarship.

I took a serious interest in learning more about dating and relationships after the break-up with my first girl friend in Finland, before moving to United States. Since that time, I have read close to a hundred books about dating and relationships, received my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, become a Mars Venus Relationship Coach, operated my own relationship coaching and counseling company, facilitated dating and relationship workshops, worked for the #1 bestselling relationship author of all time (Dr. John Gray), and of course, have had a wealth of experience in applying all this knowledge to my own relationship and dating adventures. With this blog I am excited to start sharing some of these ideas and experiences with you.

Besides that I enjoy sharing my ideas and thoughts about relationships, I am currently also experimenting in what I call the Urban Mobile Lifestyle, enjoying my salsa dance adventures, and soon I will also be starting my health/cleansing/nutritional experiments blog.

But enough about me. The reason I started this blog is so that I could exchange ideas about dating and relationships with others. I believe that we all have a wealth of information within us regarding to dating and relationships. I believe the best way for us to learn together is for you to also share your thoughts.
